2. Our Privacy Approach
This app is designed to work offline. This app does not collect, receive, transmit, or store your financial records outside your device. Once the app is downloaded, this app does not provide cloud accounts, online storage, cloud translation, analytics, backup hosting, or other additional app services.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Transaction amounts, dates, income sources, spending categories, notes, profile labels, selected currency, selected language, reports, and ledger summaries are stored locally on your own device by the app. RSS Webshop does not have access to this local device data.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
This app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, transaction records, income records, expenditure records, ledger records, reports, device backups, or usage analytics. This app does not sell user data and does not share user financial records with third parties.
5. Legal Basis Under GDPR
Where GDPR applies, RSS Webshop does not act as a controller of the financial records entered into the offline app because those records are not collected or received by RSS Webshop. Any processing inside the app happens locally on your device so the app can provide the functions you choose to use.
6. Storage and Retention
Your records remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, clear app data, uninstall the app, reset the device, or lose access to the device. RSS Webshop does not retain a copy of your app records. Any manual backup or export file is controlled by you.
7. Security
Because this is an offline app, the security of your records depends on your device and how you protect it. Use your phone security settings and keep any manual backup files secure.
8. Sharing and Third Parties
This app does not share your offline financial records because this app does not collect or receive them outside your device. If the app is distributed through Google Play, Google may process purchase, download, crash, security, and device information under Google policies.
9. Your GDPR Rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Because this app does not collect or store your app records outside your device, you control those records directly on your device by viewing, editing, exporting, deleting, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
10. Children
A person must be at least 15 years old to buy or download the app. The app may be used by anyone from age 5, where appropriate with guidance from a parent, guardian, family member, teacher, or responsible adult.
11. Changes to This Policy
RSS Webshop may publish a new privacy policy for future app versions. Updated versions of the app are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
